The REAL Story

Born out of a passion to make a difference to the growing epidemic of absent fathers in our nation, Nick & Lindie Kingsley took a leap of faith from their Education and HR backgrounds, to start offering experiences that would lay the platform for parents and their children to build intentionally into their relationship.

Through a miracle, we were given the premier Quadbike and 4×4 Farm venue Offcamber to develop camps and an Outdoor Adventure Centre to facilitate this. By using outdoor adventure as a tool to connect and inspire people, we were given the opportunity to see countless relationships restored and more intentional parenting take place. Such was the success of these experiences that many individuals asked us to do the same with their Corporate teams and we saw the Teambuilding aspect of our ‘business’ explode.

We were also able to start offering innovative and meaningful offerings for education institutions and groups, which also grew exponentially. Due to our passion to see real change realized and developing a real pursuit for service excellence, we were invited to take over as the preferred Teambuilding and Activity provider for many of the top venues in the region. At the same time we developed an extensive range of wow experiences, equipment and experienced experts to offer these.

We have had the privilege of facilitating hundreds of teams and groups over the past 12 years, and have grown to be the trusted provider for many organizations, schools and institutions. By continually reimagining ourselves and improving our service in order to increase the value and impact of the experiences offered, we aim to continue to improve, learn and grow.
